VSD Continuous Drying System

Continuous vacuum dryer for free flowing powders and other heat sensitive products under vacuum

VSD continuous drying system is a new type of drying device. The main part is mainly composed of power part, drive hollow shaft, spiral plate and outer cylinder jacket. During the drying process, heat medium is passed into the spiral plate and the jacket of the outer cylinder. After heat transfer is fully contacted with the material on their surface, continuous drying of the material is realized under vacuum condition.

The heat medium can be steam, hot water or heat conduction oil. During the drying process, the heating temperature can be controlled according to the moisture content of the material to avoid of over-drying. The drying time, heating temperature and working vacuum can be adjusted automatically. Vacuum spiral dryer is easy to operate with low energy consumption and high degree of automation. At the same time, it is cost saving, safety and environmental protection. The evaporation is completely closed with efficient recycling.
