Low temperature Concentration & Drying for Milk

How is milk turned into milk powder? At Shanghai Minjie, we supply professional processing equipment. We first use vacuum low-temperature evaporator to thicken milk to the optimal concentration, retaining natural nutrients during concentration. And then carry out vacuum low-temperature drying.

The entire process is kept below 50degrees Celsius. With sealed pipeline delivery and full automatic control, the whole pilot-scale production can be completed within 3 hours. This gentle processing well preserves natural milk flavor and nutrients.

Shanghai Minjie specializes in developing continuous low-temperature vacuum processing technology. Equipped with high-vacuum design, integrated pipeline transportation and automatic control system, we provide premium concentration and drying solutions for heat-sensitive, oxidation-prone, heat-discolorable, high-viscosity and cross-contamination-sensitive materials.
